  What a fantastic crew at this location! They went above and beyond, I say because of the lack of competence and professionalism that the Eastern Ave location lacks. This location not only took it upon themselves to keep a loyal satisfied! Their professionalism and drive to go the extra mile is a quality that all locations should posses. Thier manager Mason was very polite, understanding and just with her I know that she has a fantastic work ethic and poise that is above reproach. The driver Nick was prompt and very apologetic, I knew right away ( even for the short amount of time he was here) that he takes his very seriously and understands the meaning " Going the extra mile". I will definitely be picking up my pizza for now on at the compass road location, because of the amazing team they have! I know other future customers will have the same experience that I have had and will voice it as well! I have one thing to say to Dominoes "Watch out for this staff for they have a work ethic that is, again above reproach".

  Terrible customer service. Waited 2 hours. Called multiple times, staying on hold for about 20 minutes. The manager hung up on me. Not trusting them, I drove to the store to make sure I got my money back. I was also lied to about my order. The delivery boy, Eric, couldn't find my address(I said apartment but he went to a house) and the manager told me he got back an hour ago when I went there to make sure my order was cancelled. While I was there everyone greeted Eric back in so I knew it was him. My online order said to call so I could let him into the apartment. The response I got was that the house he went to didn't order pizza...
